The West Region EMS & Trauma Care Council invites organizations and businesses to participate in the 2027 West Region EMS Conference!

Our conference brings together EMS providers, medical professionals, educators, and others involved in emergency care from throughout Washington state for a day of education, professional development, and networking.

Sponsors and vendors play an important role in making this event possible. We appreciate the organizations that have supported our conferences in the past and look forward to welcoming both returning and new participants in 2027.

Vendor / Exhibitor Registration - $750

Vendor participation includes:

• One vendor exhibit table.

• Opportunity to set up the evening before the conference.

• Two complimentary conference participant passes.

• Lunch for both registered representatives.

• Opportunities to connect with EMS and medical professionals throughout the event.

Conference Sponsorship - $2,500

Conference sponsorships help West Region provide quality educational opportunities for EMS providers and medical professionals throughout the region. Conference sponsorship includes:

• One vendor exhibit table.

• Three complimentary conference participant passes.

• Lunch provided for registered vendor event representatives (up to 3) working the event.

• Promotional recognition through the Whova registration conference app.

• Premier sponsor recognition in the conference program.

• Recognition during the conference’s opening and closing sessions.
