Join Our Team
Applications are now being accepted for appointment to the West Region Council. This is open to all health care professionals and health care adjacent industry professionals in Thurston, Lewis, Pierce, Grays Harbor, and Pacific counties.
How to Join - New Members
Contact the West Region office by email and inquire about open positions.
Step 1: Fill out the updated WA State Department of Health New Council Member Application. All application fields must be filled and signature areas must be completed (Adobe digital signature is accepted).
Step 2: Forward the completed application to your the Local Council approval.
Step 3: Once approved by your Local Council, our office will forward the application to the West Region Council for approval and then onto the Department of Health for official appointment on the council.
The Department of Health will contact the applicant directly, along with our office, with the appointment letter.
How to Renew - Current Members
Step 1: Fill out the updated WA State Department of Health Renewing Council Member Extension Application. All application fields must be filled and signature areas must be completed (Adobe digital signature is accepted).
Step 2: Forward the completed application to your the Local Council approval.
Step 3: Once approved by your Local Council, our office will forward the application to the West Region Council for approval and then onto the Department of Health for official appointment on the council.
The Department of Health will contact the applicant directly, along with our office, with the appointment letter.
