We have a wonderful line up of speakers on a variety of topics (MCI, pre hospital blood, POCUS, Peds and more). Please join us for this fantastic event. WREMS is excited to announce that a 1-day event will be hosted in Tacoma, WA. After carful consideration of options and a clear passion by our hospital partners in Pierce County for EMS education, we are happy to announce an educational extravaganza will be hosted by West Region EMS!

We regret to inform attendees, presenters, exhibitors, and partners that the 2026 EMS Conference scheduled for May 1–3, 2026 has been cancelled.
Reason for cancellation:
After careful review, continuing operational and logistical constraints make proceeding with the conference infeasible at this time.
Presenters, exhibitors, vendors, and sponsors:
Presenters and exhibitors will receive direct communication from conference staff regarding next steps, reimbursement of fees, and options for future participation.
