The 2008-2009 Prevention Mini Grant Application is now available. Proposals should not be more than 3 pages in length and need to address injuries in atleast one of the following categories: Senior Falls, Motor Vehicle Crashes, Suicide, Poisoning(Education), Drowning, Assault (Adult/Child Abuse). Completed applications are due to the West Region office by Friday June 27, 2008 at 3:00pm.
